Mr. Goodman has been a board member of
the BS/EACD since 1988. He represents the District at City of Austin Council
meetings, boards and commissions, before LCRA officials, members of the Legislature,
and environmentally concerned citizens and organizations. He is the Executive
Director of the Colorado River Watch Foundation and a Board member of the Save
Barton Creek Association. Mr. Goodman has been married to his wife, Jackie,
