Be it so resolved:

The Board of Directors of the Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District opposes SB 1771, SB1822, and their House companion bills as written until amendments for aquifer protection are accepted.

The Board of Directors of the Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District opposes HB 3628, SB3629, and their Senate companion bills as written until amendments for aquifer protection are accepted.

The motion passed with 3 ayes, and 2 nays.
