 A Hydrogeologic report (or pump test) may be required as part of the application for a pumping permit, increase in a permit, or when constructing, drilling, or modifying nonexempt wells. Planning and implementation of the aquifer test shall be closely coordinated with District staff, however, the groundwater professional conducting the investigation is solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the test.
